Optimizing CI/CD Pipelines and Project Coordination
I worked as a Senior SQA Team Lead & Assistant Project Manager, handling QA across different types of platforms including SaaS products, cybersecurity systems, and real-time data applications. My main focus was making sure quality wasn’t an afterthought — instead, I integrated testing directly into the development and deployment process so releases stayed fast and stable.
Technical Execution & Results:
I designed and managed CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins and GitLab, helping teams push updates more reliably and with fewer issues. By adding automated testing into the pipeline, we were able to catch bugs earlier and reduce last-minute surprises.
Alongside the technical work, I also worked closely with developers, product teams, and operations to keep everything aligned. I was involved in sprint planning, bug tracking, and coordination through Jira, making sure the team stayed on track and communication stayed clear.
I also introduced automated regression testing using Selenium, which reduced manual effort and improved confidence in releases. Overall, these improvements helped reduce our time-to-market by around 30%, while keeping product quality consistent.
